DA Dance Studio wants you to become a better dancer and not only by just taking dance classes. The Core & Stretching course will help you getting a stronger core to keep your balance and make you control your movements and you will get more flexible!

We will start with a warming up through Acro-Yoga for getting a deep stretch of the muscles and will start strenghtening the core by some pilates poweryoga powermoves.

Experience the strong combination of souplesse and strenght in your body!!
