Always wanted to be able to fly?
This is your change! Acrobatics is not about how high, but about making it look light and gracious.
In this short course we will teach you the fundaments of partner acrobatics. Also we will explaing it’s purpose and when to apply.
Through some fun excercises you will get more body awareness and you will learn combinations with lifts or drops.
It’s a universal tool, so you can apply it in salsa, bachata, zouk or any other partner dance.
Some focus points of the course:
Bodytension, breathing, communication and posture.
The combinations will be explained step by step.
Experience with partnerdance is handy.
Clothing: gymwear, not too smooth, sneakers or bare feet. We advise a tight shirt, NO BELT or blouses with buttons, no heels or socks.
Level: Open level, preferrably in shape as it will be a intensive 2 hours!
