Classical ballet is the most common and best training for all dancers. Ballet training creates a strong and flexibel body with the widest range of motion.
In this bootcamp we will work on the basics: alignment, use of the feet, weight shifting and weight distribution, balance, use of the arms (port des bras), body posture, the light feeling of ballet strongly supported by the use of the center. This bootcamp is perfect for when you have never done any ballet before or want to train your ballet basics even more. We will start on the floor, afterwards we will go on at the barre, the center and finish with moving through the space and jumping.

Lisa’s character is lively, open and soft and that’s also what she expresses to other people. Her dancing is elegant and flexible and she’s an allround trained dancer.
At the age of 15 she did the pre-education Schakelklas at Codarts for two years. After a succesful audition for the bachelor Dance in Education, she graduated after 4 years in 2014.
