The studio is located at Chalonsstraat 6 in Rotterdam-Overschie. Parking is at walking distance and for free.
The dance studio can be rented when there are no classes. The studio can be used for dance rehearsals, private classes, group classes, meetings and photoshoots.
The studios features:

- three walls with mirrors
- stereo
- white and black background for photoshoots
- beamer
- bar with servers for 40 people
- chairs
- tables
- standing tables
The surface of the studio is 70 m2.
